Marco Clarijs
Marco started his real estate career as a broker at DTZ Zadelhoff back in 2007. He joined CBRE in 2012, where he fulfilled serveral positions as a real estate advisor.
After graduating from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (MRE 2015-2017), Marco became CBRE’s City Leader in Rotterdam. As of 2021 Marco switched to the capital markets business, where he was responsible for the growth of CBRE’s MidCap team. Marco built an extensive network in the branch. He is a strategic thinker who also values operational excellence.
Whatever asset class, whatever deal size and wherever in the Netherlands – Marco loves finding creative solutions and seizing opportunities for his clients.
Desiree Wolters
In 2012 Desiree started her career as a real estate consultant at JLL, after finalizing her bachelor studies Real Estate and Brokerage in Rotterdam.
She has a diverse experience in capital markets and agency leasing across Fortune 500 firms CBRE and JLL. She worked in the Netherlands as well as abroad in Houston, US. Desiree gained transaction experience in a wide range of asset classes, standing assets and parking structures to complex office redevelopments, as well as deal sizes ranging from small to large cap.
