AIR Offices is welcoming Van der Vorm Vastgoed to the iconic mixed‑use building in the center of Rotterdam. Van der Vorm Vastgoed has chosen this sustainable office building to continue its operations in an inspiring environment in the heart of the city.
Van der Vorm Vastgoed, a Rotterdam‑based family business with an international real estate portfolio in major European cities, will move to AIR Offices in October 2026. The company is leasing approximately 616 m² of office space in the building.
