Calder Holding B.V. and SOMT University of Physiotherapy are entering into a partnership. As part of this partnership, MADE Real Estate has recently worked on behalf of both parties to renew the existing lease agreements for two commercial buildings in Amersfoort. With landlord Berghbeecke C.V., a new lease has been agreed for the commercial building of approximately 3,000 m² at Softwareweg 7, and with landlord DunoAir Vastgoed for the commercial building of approximately 2,500 m² at Softwareweg 5.
This ensures a solid foundation for SOMT University of Physiotherapy’s future plans, also in terms of housing. We thank all parties involved, and in particular Berghbeecke C.V. and DunoAir Vastgoed, for the pleasant cooperation.
