Weverskade Real Estate has acquired the distinctive property at Nieuwemarkt 1 in Rotterdam from the Municipality of Rotterdam. The building, known as the former Municipal Museum, is a recognizable landmark in the city and holds significant cultural and historical value. The property has been leased long‑term to Erasmus University Rotterdam.
