22 May 2026 | Deal

Forvis Mazars has recently extended its lease for approximately 4,150 m² of office space in the Eurogate2 building in Rotterdam. Eurogate2 is a multi-tenant office building owned by Forma Real Estate Funds. Forvis Mazars provides global services in the areas of audit & assurance, outsourcing, tax, advisory, and consulting.

Robert Jan de Rek, member of the Executive Board of Forvis Mazars, explains: “Nearly 10 years ago, we moved our office from Capelle aan den IJssel to Rotterdam. In 2026, the Eurogate2 building still fits our current needs perfectly. Its location near the Rotterdam Alexander public transport hub and the proximity to the A20 on- and off-ramps align well with our mobility policy. It is a sustainable office building, and with the landlord’s planned renovations in mind, we are convinced that Eurogate2 continues to offer an attractive workplace for our employees.”

Niels de Putter of Forma Real Estate Funds on the lease extension: “Forvis Mazars renewed commitment is a strong confirmation of the strategy we are currently pursuing within our office portfolio. We invest wherever possible in the sustainable performance of our buildings and ensure that the common areas function optimally, including a wide range of attractive amenities for our tenants. We will also be making significant investments in Eurogate2 in the coming period. The building’s entrance will be completely renovated and equipped with a new reception area and a café with a coffee bar. The outdoor space near the entrance will also be activated with appealing terraces. On the 13th floor, several new facilities will be added, including co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a bar, and a relaxation area for all employees in the building. The renovation is being overseen on behalf of Forma Real Estate Funds by Ditt Officemakers.”

Forvis Mazars was advised in this lease extension by MADE Real Estate.
