In 2027 AD will establish its Rotterdam office in the new office building “EDGE Coolsingel”, located directly across from Rotterdam City Hall.
Parent company DPG Media has signed a long‑term lease for 3,400 m² of office space across two floors, including a spacious rooftop terrace.

EDGE Coolsingel offers 21,500 m² of usable office space across 11 floors. Designed by Rotterdam‑based architect NUDUS, the building is equipped with every conceivable facility and state‑of‑the‑art building technology. It meets the most ambitious sustainability standards and, with its large floorplates, accommodates employers with a wide range of workplace concepts. Located in the heart of the Coolsingel, the building gives employees direct access to all the amenities that define Rotterdam’s city center.
