PingProperties has purchased the prestigious Metropool complex in the center of Amsterdam from Aberdeen, acting on behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II Coöperatief U.A. The 154‑meter‑long building is located on the east side of Weesperstraat and features a mix of office, hotel, and retail spaces with a total lettable floor area of 14,500 m².
