MADE Real Estate is pleased to announce the acquisition of the iconic Five55 office building at Blaak 555 in Rotterdam on behalf of its client, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). MSC has been the largest tenant in Five55 since 2020.
The building is one of Rotterdam’s most prominent office towers and is located in the heart of the Central Business District. Originally designed by Murphy Jahn and extensively renovated in 2020, Five55 offers approximately 28,500 m² of high‑quality office space across 28 floors.
