The project concerns a plot of more than 7,000 m² that forms part of the Roer‑Barbizon area development in Capelle aan den IJssel. The former office park will be transformed into a vibrant new residential neighborhood in the coming years. The location, currently used as a conference center, offers over 12,000 m² GFA of development potential.
The partnership aligns well with Sustay’s ambitions. Frank Pieper, Director at Sustay, explains: “Across the country, we face the challenge of a major shortage of affordable housing.
